Training Canines, LLC Buyers Agreement:

This contract is for Limited AKC Registration only. No breeding rights are given. The health guarantee is offered directly to the buyer from the represented breeder of the puppy.

Training Canines, LLC and represented breeder agree that: Puppy has been properly cared for and checked by a reputable veterinarian.

The puppy has received its 6, 9,12 week distemper/parvo immunizations and has had worming done at the recommended schedule of the veterinarian. The puppy has also been micro-chipped. If puppy has been in care for 15 weeks or longer, all additional required shots have been met.

Breeder/Training Canines, LLC is not responsible if puppy contracts a communicable disease after 72hours leaving Training Canines, LLC possession.

Breeder offers a 1 year warranty against fatal and life altering congenital defects. Breeder guarantees all possible steps have been taken with sire/dam selection and breeding to prevent hereditary issues. Debilitating congenital defects are defined as those present since birth that are either life-threatening or would prevent the puppy from fulfilling the intended purpose for which it was purchased.

Any suspected debilitating congenital defect must be confirmed by a licensed veterinarian (including necropsy if patient dies).

Buyer must supply any requested veterinary records related to condition to the breeder within seven days of diagnosis.

Breeder has the right to require a second opinion from a veterinarian and/or veterinary specialist of the breeders choice at the breeders expense.

If necropsy is performed and results in undetermined or inconclusive diagnosis, warranty is void.

This warranty does not include viral illnesses, infections, improper bites, stress related illness, hernias, hypoglycemia, cancer or endocrine disorders. It also does not include any illness due to the ingestion of foreign objects, food, chemicals or physical injury.

 

Breeder/ Training Canines, LLC does not guarantee color, temperament, training, championships, or adult size of puppy.

Buyer Agrees:

The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three business days of taking possession. If the puppy is found to be in poor health, the buyer has the option of returning thepuppy to Training Canines, LLC. at buyer’s cost, for a full refund. The buyer shall return the puppy and any

AKC/CKC/AKR/FCI paperwork to the breeder within three days of the examination. Training Canines, LLCwill replace the puppy or refund the original purchase price of the puppy provided the puppy is returned within three days.

Sick does not include parasites such as worms, Coccidia, Giardia, fleas or mites, since these are common in dogs and puppies. Training Canines, LLC. assumes no responsibility for veterinarian or shipping fees.The buyer will provide a written statement from a licensed veterinarian clearly stating defect or illness.

If the puppy is not taken to a licensed veterinarian within the three business days, the health warranty is void. (Please ensure that the puppy is kept in a kennel or held in the waiting room of a veterinary office, and that exam room is properly disinfected before appointment. Do not let puppy walk on the floor in the veterinary office and ensure the room was cleaned prior to putting your puppy on the table.)

Buyer also agrees this contract shall be null and void for any of the following reasons:

Signs of abuse or neglect to the dog.

Failure to provide documentation showing that yearly vet exams and up-to-date vaccines have been maintained on this dog.

Spay or neuter must be done after 12 months of age. No litters can be produced by this dog. If spay or neuter is done prior to 12 months the health guarantee is null and void.

Buyer agrees this puppy will never be resold to a pet store, puppy mill, another individual, scientific study or business.

Buyer agrees this pup will never be surrendered to an animal shelter or animal rescue. If buyer is unable to keep the puppy for any reason, Training Canines, LLC. must be notified. The buyer will not receive a refund; however, Training Canines LLC. agrees to help find an appropriate place for the pup in a suitablehome.

Buyer agrees to give appropriate veterinary care for the lifetime of the pup through yearly vetexaminations, required vaccines, boosters and preventative health care. Failure to show verification of yearly vet exams and up-to-date vaccines voids the health guarantee.

Buyer agrees no monies shall be returned if buyer decides for any reason that they do not want puppy/dog. Buyer will notify Training Canines, LLC. and return puppy with all AKC paperwork within 5 business days.Buyer is responsible for all transportation costs.

The health guarantee is for a replacement pup only and is not for a refund. There are no exceptions to this agreement. In the case that a congenital defect is found, as explained above, the buyer will notify the breeder and provide proper documentation from a licensed veterinarian to be verified by breeder’s veterinarian. The buyer will then be put on the list for a replacement pup of equal value from a future litter. This could take up to a year depending upon when the next litter would be born.

This contract is only valid between the original owner and breeder. It is nontransferable.

Breeder/Training Canines, LLC is not responsible for veterinarian bills, medications or training costs approved by the buyer.

Breeder/Training Canines, LLC. is not responsible for any shipping or transportation costs. This contractwill be null and void for any of the following reasons:

Signs of abuse or neglect to the dog. Allowing this dog to be used for breeding.

Failure to provide documentation showing that yearly vet exams and up-to-date vaccines have been maintained on this dog.

In the case of sudden demise of puppy, breeder must receive a written notice of puppy’s death from owner’s vet, along with a necropsy report indicating cause of death.

The value of the pet for the purpose of this guarantee is solely the original purchase price of the pet that Training Canines has paid the breeder. It does not include any additional prices declared by the buyer, such as value of show dog, shipping or training fees.

This agreement shall be deemed consummated in the County of Berkeley, South Carolina and shall be governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina. If for any reason litigations should occur, the venue shall lie in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. Training Canines, LLC will not be responsible for any costs associated with this process.
